We will ship anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are typically $5 - $12 per package, depending on destination. |

When can I expect my order? If it is a standard piece from the website - turn around time can be 2-3 weeks. If we are designing something special - turn around time could be longer. If your order is for a special occasion we will accommodate quick return - just let us know when you need it or we can send it directly for you! |

Our highest priority is customer satisfaction. We offer repairs at a nominal fee and replacement if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase! |

Return Policy: |
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You must first contact us for a return authorization number to be printed on the outside of your package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All returns should be sent to:

We gladly accept checks, money orders and major credit cards. We do not accept any C.O.D orders. |

Restringing: |
If we need to re-string a necklace or bracelet, the charges are : Necklace - $15; Bracelets $10 - single strand; $15 - double strand; $20 - triple strand. We do not charge for return postage within the United States. These restringing charges are based on all beads that came on the original piece being returned for restringing. If beads are missing, there will be an added charge based on the number of beads needed to be added to make the piece complete. This charge will be based on the price of the damaged piece. |
